IL Science & Math EDUCATION CONFERENCE

The math and science teachers associations of Illinois proudly announce our partnership for a joint 2016 conference. This conference brings our organizations together to share resources, network, and multiply impact. 

We invite math & science education vendors and supporters to work with us to construct innovative professional development and related marketing opportunities aimed at excellence in teaching and learning. 

Exhibit setup is scheduled for Thursday, October 6, 2016. Arrangements can also remade for set-up early Friday prior to 8 am.

All Commercial and Non-Commercial Exhibit fees include: 

  • 2 representative registrations including Friday luncheon & 2 continental breakfasts.
  • An ISTA non-voting membership. 

For each 10’ booth we include:
  • 1-6’ table
  • 2 chairs
  • wi-fi
  • waste basket
  • signage
  • Free parking if staying at the conference hotel

The first representative's registration is included within exhibitor registration. Please register up to one (1) additional guest (guest 1) for FREE for commercial and non-commercial exhibitors, three (3) additional guests for FREE for SPONSOR, PATRON, and FRIEND of Science Education sponsorship within the same exhibitor registration. 

Additional representatives or attendees over the allowed amount may register through the participant/attendee registration at the posted rates at the time of registration- early registration anticipated to be  $150 per person.

All exhibitors and supporters are asked to provide raffle items.  Donors who provide materials or services with a retail value of $200 or more will be provided a 30 second announcement or commercial during the Friday afternoon raffle. 
Raffle donors are recognized in the conference packet:
deadline September 23, 2016.

Supplemental Furnishings & Services

Exhibits are on the carpeted ground floor and there is free parking and WIFI across the street. Other needed materials will be provided either through the convention center of an outside vendor.  You will receive their services kits after we receive your online registration and payment.  

Additional ISTA services

Following receipt of your online registration and payment, ISTA will provide an exhibit preferences request, hotel information, exhibit setup information, etc.  We request names of your representatives within the online registration for name tags, which must be worn to enter the conference.  Communication will be with your company contact person from above.
